I have no idea where I left off but I have been busy the last few days. I'm waiting for my boys to go back to school then I'll start up again. When I'm on the floor my 4 year old has a tendency to sit on me.

Forgot to log in yesterday 6/100...not sure about today though I will try and easy routine. But I just walk almost 2 hours total after bus took me as far as it could getting to and from doctors back to bus stop. 10631 steps in the rain. Thank you everyone I will tell him to stop posting his job as exercise. And just post his actual exercise. He has 2980 calories it went down when he puts his weight in today. Like I said he doesn't even get close to that most days. His bad days are his off days he is lazy in all honesty, trying to get him to be more active…

@Ready2Rock206 yes calories I could not think of the name -_-. I was just saying that was the first time he went over his goal normally under by 200-300 calories.

@cmriverside I mean he was 5 points or whatever you want to call it over his goal on here. Don't use weight watchers only this. He is at losing 2 pounds per week and he is going to a nutritionist in 2 weeks. I was just asking to see what others have to say and get some Input. He also eats about 200-300 under his goal…

Side note he has lost 15lbs since starting 15 days ago. And if that is ok or if that is alot for two weeks?

@cwolfman86 well he actually does not go into them yesterday was the first day he went over his goal by 5 calories. It's just like I said he is feeling hungry sometimes but doesn't want to eat alot especially if he is close to his goal limit.

@janejellyroll I think active. So he doesn't have to log his when he works? it in? We have only been using this for 15 days so we are still learning how to use and what to log.

@4legsRbetterthan2 well he is a stocker at Wal-Mart and he is moving and lifting alot of items sometimes really heavy things. he also walks about 10,000 steps while he works. And he is there 8 hours working 7. When he puts it in with cleaning heavy lifting or something close to that and walking it comes to about 3000.

Day 3 of 100 did ok. Went with simple poses I am not very balanced so I stick to easy poses till I get better. I tried doing I forget the name something tree and could not hold it for even a second before I almost fell.

Day 2 I was looking into that 30 days yoga video that was posted but after looking at her other videos I went with her beginner video. I honestly forget her name I think it's Adrian or something. But her beginner video was easy to follow and do. I may use it for a few days to get back into yoga and loosen up before trying…

Day 1 done. Have not done yoga in awhile so I did two small 15 minute sessions for beginners.

I would like to join but got a silly question. Can I start today as day 1. Didn't do any yoga yesterday but I want to see if I can stick to something for more than a few days.
