I like to have a healthy breakfast before I start my day so that my body's metabolism can boost up. I always have smoothie for breakfast, and it really makes me energetic and makes me feel full.

I think everyone has own funda... Some one like to run, some one body building, some one yoga, some one gymnastic/Athletics.. but for me parkour is also a sport and I love that.. this awesome.

it's my personal view. if you are shy to get in shape in the gym, why don't you try it in your home? YOga simple poses half an hour. It makes not only fit but also flexible... If you want I can share you some basic yoga poses that help you to start...
