Be patient im about 3 weeks in and olny lost 3lbs on the 1400 calorie diet, my dietician said first you gain muscle then the weight comes off. Maybe thats the case for you as well. Good luck.

I meet with a surgon september 7, i have to lose 12 lbs. So far i havent lost anything im staying at where i started, kind of fustrated but this is a great app with very encouraging people. You can add me if you like maybe we could support eathother through this.

I have been on this site for about five days i love it i find some of the stories to be very inspiring.i love that they support you because like you sometimes i feel like im going at this alone and it can be very discouraging when i dont see any results but the people on this site motivate me to stay strong good luck

I love those think thin smoothies you get them at Target they are only 150 calories with 15 grams of protein. Then you have more wiggle room for lunch and dinner. Im on a 1500 calorie diet recommend by my dietician. The south beach diet is great for maintaining low calories.
