Ready2Rock has it right, we lose inches from everywhere, and not evenly! I only measure my neck, bust, waist, hips and thighs; I've lost inches from my bust waist and hips and NOTHING from my neck or thighs! Our bodies are weird.

I use tg IF 18:6, have lost over 100 pounds. It doesn't magically come off, it's just easier to plan and stops binging.

Make sure you have a scale and measuring cups and spoons and don't "eyeball" portion sizes. Log everything, even drinks. You may be under calculating your calories. 16:8 works for me. I'm never hungry in the morning anyway, and I've always followed the "no eating after 7" rule. I've lost over 100 pounds doing this. Don't get me wrong, it's not magic. I've always struggled with it. I swear the cravings made me think I was pregnant for like 3 months in a row they were so strong.

I'm weird, but I like to imagine I'm in some dramatic scene from a horror movie where I'm running away from something. Let's face it, all horror movies have three types of "OMG! Something is after me" run scenes: scary building/woods, night or rain. But, like I said, I'm a bit weird.
