I don't eat them all back that day because I also try to eat based on my hunger level. Most days, I am satiated with eating half of them back. I also find this gives me more wiggle room on the weekends to enjoy a drink or meal out with friends.

I was a WW yoyo loser for years. I have found MFP actually quite freeing because what you see is what you get. There's no guess work about how many points a food has. I want to reiterate getting a food scale. That has been a game changer for me. You've got this!

I had a night like that 2 weeks ago. I was ravenously hungry and inhaled the food. A few days later, I got my period. Bingo! I logged the food got back on track the next meal and I've continued losing. It was one meal. Log, evaluate, make adjustments and move on.

Thanks! That streak has had its ups and downs. I have logged every bite. ;) I do want to bite the bullet and move over to MFP because having insights on my diary, when needed, would be helpful. I just have to get over letting the streak go, lol!
