Upper body exercise and weight training after breast reduction
I'd like get some insights and experiences from women who exercise and have had a breast reduction. How long did you have to wait until you could get back to upper body movement and weight training? I'm heading for surgery in the new year and my biggest concern is missing weeks of the gym! Thanks for any help you can lend.…

Discussing food and weight with your teenager
I have a 14 yr old daughter who loves food! She has always been at a healthy weight but in the last 6 months or so, I have noticed that she is filling out. Speaking of fish oil...
How many calories for a 1200 mg capsule? I take 2 salmon oil capsules in the morning and 2 omegas at night. I have never counted them but I definitely should! Neither has caloric info listed. I'm just trying to get a general consensus here for what you track yours at. I'd rather guesstimate than not track at all. (my inner…

Thanks!
I have found the questions and advice so helpful in the last few weeks. I was googling a question and wound up on this forum. The information I have gathered has been invaluable! By far, the best advice I have followed is investing in a good scale and measuring the weight of EVERYTHING, including prepackaged items. I have…
