Haven't checked in lately because my carpal tunnel is all flared up : -( scrolling and typing is killer for me lately. But still running. Completed 27/50 crossing the half way point today. Might not check back for awhile or until my hands are in less pain.

Just berries Freeze a single serve yogurt if you crave ice cream. Freeze cut up fruit. I like frozen peaches. You can buy frozen fruit but to me it's not the same. I prefer to freeze it fresh. Whipped cream added to any of these. Make a frozen fruit smoothie by blending the frozen fruit with a yogurt.

I can see switching to wraps if it's because you eat too many buns but you wouldn't necessarily eat too many wraps but definitely keep in mind they are not lower in calories and may actually be higher.

We all fast when we sleep. I don't see any issue with lengthening that window. I don't really get hungry in the morning so I use that instead of forcing breakfast on myself. I have a light and usually late breakfast.

I'm aiming for 1000 - 1500 of natural nutrient dense foods until I lose 10 -15 lbs then gradually increase to maintain. It's been about a week so far. Feeling good and lost 3lb.
