I'm just saying what I have been doing for the past two weeks. If anyone knows something I should add please let me know that's why I'm here to try and encourage ppl. Also I can use some encouraging. But that's the meal plan I've been following and it is working so far.

Maybe I need to add some calories @livingleanlivingclean what are some things I should add to keep it healthy? I usually eat 8-10 oz of meat on this plan for lunch and dinner

Oh and I lost 15 pounds in two weeks following this diet along with drinking water only. 1,000-1,200 calories and I walk 3.5 miles at least 4 days out of the week.

I pretty much eat 3eggs for breakfast that's two egg whites and one whole egg boiled for lunch I will eat something like broiled fish and mix veggies. Dinner grilled chicken breast or chicken salad something like that I normally switch on the meats. I guess that would be considered a low car diet?

Lsu and acv doesn't boost your metabolism I know that but it can help curve appetite. When I post something I'm trying to help not debate or go back and forth I'm on here to try an help , and I am always open to new ideas and strategies. To continue weight loss.
