@johnriii some ppl don't agree with me but I personally cut back on salt intake I use Mrs dash seasoning it has no salt I don't drink soda I drink water only. I'll eat some thing like boneless skinless chicken breast and mix vegetables or fish and side salad for example. Fruit as well.

@jospehinebowman I do sort of an intermediate fast 16:8 I fast for 16 hours and I have an 8hour window where can eat to my calorie count. Long as you keep a calorie deficit you will lose.

Thanks to all I will keep in consideration. I eat protein chicken,fish and even steak. I think I'll have to start pumping iron!!!

Together we can do it just takes determination,dedication and motivation I just found out I lost 6lbs this week 24lbs in 4 weeks. I started at 310 I'm a 6ft 4 man and now I'm down to 286 B) but I still have a long way to go to get to my desired weight of 230-235

@livingleanlivingclean I normally eat 2 meals a day but I also snack because I hear it's good to keep your metabolism going. When I snack its normally fruit or vegetables.
