I am 6ft4in and I started at a weight of 310lbs and it made two weeks last week my weight was 295lbs I weigh in every Wednesday I will continue to update I encourage you guys to do the same. My goal weight is 230-240lbs

Congrats on the weight loss that's a great achievement I am 5"1 weighing in at 127lbs, down from 134lbs. I am getting in shape for my health and for my wedding, aiming for around 115lbs0
