I signed up for a physique competition when I was 178 lbs. Still have some work to do but I'm much closer. Plus my consistency in working out and making myself better seems to be having a positive affect on how my kids are doing things now!

I've been using the community to make more friends. It's always easier to stick to your plan when you have more friends on the same mission as you!

I don't know if you have a Pinterest account, but I usually search healthy along with whatever ingredient I'm using (chicken, turkey, beef, etc).
