There are awesome HIITS on YouTube! That’s where I started and loved the results. It is great for you, running is great for endurance. I started running a few months ago and weightlifting. I also go tp Bootcamp classes.

I love home workouts! Thats how I started working out in the first place. My fav is HASFIT and Body by Amy. I also do Pilates. YouTube has awesome videos!

I do the 16 hour fast. I use an app also to make sure i time it correctly otherwise I forget my starting time😊

My trainer has me on 1400. I’m not a big eater in the first place so there are plenty of days I never make that goal. My protein intake.... low!!! That’s her main concern for me. Yesterday I did a 30 min HIIT Some weightlifting ( i just started this so i do 2 reps of arms 8 times each) 40 min walk I work out daily but alternate HIIT with my elliptical machine or another workout like a workout with dumbells. Athleanx is fantastic! My deadlifts are much better thanks to watching him. I also no longer do the fly movement. For some I always felt it was not a great move but could never pin point why till I saw his video 😊
