So of course I have the apple watch 😊. Since it is counting steps already, I’m wondering why some download a pedometer app for their watch? Any ideas....wonder what I’m missing!!

What am I doing wrong?
Im new to keto and figuring out net carbs for some is just not sinking im! 5 days on it but I'm sure Im not in keto.
