November goals: 1.I will recommit to tracking. 2.I will walk whenever I can. 3.Limit the intake of carbohydrates. 4.Drink more water I read motivational quotes to stay motivated. Whenever I eat little at dinner,next morning I feel better and I continue choosing good things during the day.
