My favorite protein shakes are Premier Protein. I love the Peach. djl21740 Previous 263 Current 262 Weigh-in Saturday Continued to hit my goal of 10,000 steps each day. Daily average was over 12,000 with yesterday being the highest—over 16,000. Scale doesn’t reflect it yet, but my clothes are loose. Looking forward to a great week. Good Luck teammates!

djl21740 Previous 266 Current 263 Had a great week. I reached my step goal everyday and feel good about that achievement. A couple nights I only had half my steps at 2100 so grabbed the dogs and we hit the pavement!
