Cut out item: Chocolate..no I had some. I lasted 5 days only 🙁
Goals or day: did not have enough calories eaten, so I had a tuna sandwich around 8pm...hope that doesn't make me more hungry tomorrow. I always find if I eat late I wake up hungry.2 -
Tomorrow starts a new week and a new mini (non weight) challenge. I'm going to leave the water one again because it's a great one and I'll add..try 1 new food this week, a healthy choice of course. When you've tried something, just let us all know what it was and how it was. Super easy!!

Goals or day: No sweets! ✔️ Less coffee!✔️ However, I sabotaged myself. I didn’t eat breakfast. Then I was so tired at lunch and had to clean house that I only at a cup of soup. By supper I was starving and regrettably ate a whole pizza. It was semi healthy but I still ate it! (All but one piece.) I told myself to quit at half and had zero will power. Consumed my entire days calories in one meal.2
