    Goals or day: slept in this morning and missed having breakfast before water aerobics so my calories are a little low, but good day besides.

    Water Challenge: not enough, only 2 500ml bottles plus a glass with dinner
    Goals or day: it was a long office day including a dinner event. I wasn’t terrible but I could have made better choices. In a good note, I’m getting a lot of steps in vs when I work from home

    Goals or Day: didn’t go as planned so I turned today into my one “off plan day” for the week. Still got my workout in but didn’t eat the best, some poor choices.

    So here it goes.
    My name is Chandra. This is the 2nd month of doing this challenge. I really need to be held accountable. I’m not very good at listening or checking in for thevsupport offered. I work full time, have 2 kids in grades 10 & 6 and they keep me busy with sports and we can have long days which makes getting in exercise difficult.
    Thanks for taking me in again! Here’s to a great November for each of you.
