Not too bad considering my travel causing unhealthy choices, rough guesstimates in tracking and limited opportunities for exercise. I really did try to get in extra walking and I was very cautious around portion sizes but I was still expecting a gain when I stepped on the scale this morning.2 -

My weigh-in day is Tuesday. Logged in today (Monday) bc I have an early morning and all day meeting and know I'll miss logging tomorrow.
I've been on this challenge since it started and I look forward to the accountability every week. When I started on mfp almost 2 years ago I weighed 262 lbs. I am 88 lbs down as of today. Ultimate personal goal is 155. My latest short term goal is 170 by Thanksgiving. 4 more to go!

I've been lifting heavy stuff lately and really pushing myself. Seeing the difference on my body but not the scale. Oh well, it will pay off in the end.
I had some gluten (problaby through cross contamination) and got quite sick. Still feeling the bloat3 -
Today has been an emotional roller coaster. It all started with my now 6 year old little girl asked me if I was going to go to school with her today for her birthday. When I tried to explain to her that I had to work and couldn’t, it was like a seen from the titanic. We were both spewing water works. ‘But mommy, that’s what parents are suppose to do. You’re suppose to spend my birthday with me.’ She NEVER asks for anything. My heart just broke. So due to my mama drama this morning and being an emotional wreck, I ended up forgetting to weigh in. I will first thing tomorrow morning!5

WARNING For Fitbit users: So I got a friend request from another guy. Since this has been happening regularly, I had assumed these profiles are fake. So I thought I would do some digging. I checked out his profile. No Fitbit information was there. Only a few selfies. I read the comments in the pictures and came across this person. This is what she had posted in her profile. I am glad I checked it out. I had my friends list as Public, but I have since changed it to Private. Makes sense!

Today starts a new week and a new weekly challenge (non weight related). Last weeks was to drink your recommended amount of water every day and report it here. I'd like to keep that one going, just because water is so important. And I'd like to add, cutting one item from your diet right now that you know you don't need. As an example, I'm going to cut out chocolate for the week. I don't have much of it, but I do have a small amount almost every day. Like the water, you can report it in your daily posts or separately.
