    Can I excuse myself from weigh in this week? Between the TOM and still trying to wrangle my stress eating binge spree Ive been on, I cant bring myself to step on a scale this week.

    @justkris_gettingfit of course I can't make you weigh, but maybe knowing and putting out the number for all to see will help with ending the binge? Completely your choice though.

    I figured I'd be up given my week. I have been very bloated all week. I have been within my calorie range all week, so it's most like water weight.

    Obviously not a lose this week but it’s been a really bad week for eating so I’m just happy that it wasn’t a giant gain. Gonna certainly try better this coming week!

    Cut out item: Chocolate..no I had some. I lasted 5 days only 🙁
    Goals or day: did not have enough calories eaten, so I had a tuna sandwich around 8pm...hope that doesn't make me more hungry tomorrow. I always find if I eat late I wake up hungry.

    Tomorrow starts a new week and a new mini (non weight) challenge. I'm going to leave the water one again because it's a great one and I'll add..try 1 new food this week, a healthy choice of course. When you've tried something, just let us all know what it was and how it was. Super easy!!

    Goals or day: No sweets! ✔️ Less coffee!✔️ However, I sabotaged myself. I didn’t eat breakfast. Then I was so tired at lunch and had to clean house that I only at a cup of soup. By supper I was starving and regrettably ate a whole pizza. It was semi healthy but I still ate it! (All but one piece.) I told myself to quit at half and had zero will power. Consumed my entire days calories in one meal.

    Goals or day: I stayed within calories, but had a bit of a cheat day food wise. Took my son to a birthday party and had a couple of mini chocolate bars and we had take out for supper.

    I gained a stinkin’ ounce! But it’s all good! It’s that time of the month, so 1oz is okay! I went off of my diet too this past week. Didn’t track, didn’t drink my water, didn’t exercise. Let’s see what this challenging week holds!! 😬😉
