Yeah, I completely expected that. I've been trying my hardest to get myself into a better mindset, but between the stress from work THEN having my hours cut in half out of nowhere at THE WORST possible time of the year, and all my minions trading off with their colds, my heads just been done in and I've been throwing my hands up.
Goals for next Weigh In:
Prepping my lunch the night before so I stop eating the food at work
Start drinking coffee again, because it did help with killing the snacking habit
Work out at least 3 times a week, seeing how I've got the time now after work..
Goal for November: Get back into the 160's!3 -

Goals or day: Did well during the day and tracked everything..even closed off my mfp day...and then I went out to pick up a few things and had a major craving for McDonald's. I ended up having a meal and a milkshake..oops.

Calories: Yes, under by a lot. Had to add in fake calories just to get the day to close off.
Exercise: None

Goals or day: Spent all morning cleaning the kitchen, all the things I hate to do like the oven and pulling out the stove and fridge. Picked my son up early from daycare cause he wasn't feeling well and spent the rest of the day hanging out with him.0 -

@justkris_gettingfit Sorry to hear about your work, it is super crappy timing for sure. Also, hope your minions are feeling better. Mine is always bringing something home from daycare.

Ugh! Missed my weigh in Wednesday so had to do it the day after thanksgiving. 😢 So it’s up from that but I’ve also been REALLY struggling with mindful healthy eating and getting to the gym (which usually isn’t an issue because I’ve been working out for years but I just don’t want to lately). Anyone have tips for getting back on board when you’ve been struggling with food and exercise?1 -

I have no idea what happened. I have been cautious about my eating. Went out of town for a convention and walked 3x my usual steps including lots of stairs for three days. I was under calories every day this past week even with not counting the exercise. 😫2 -

@bethcamy1 I had this problem for a lot of months, and I'm still not back at the gym yet, although I do water aerobics a couple times a week (usually). What I had to do was change my mind set (with food anyway).Instead of thinking I wanted to do better I just remind myself at every meal that I can do better...nobody is putting the bad food in my mouth but myself and I control me!1 -
