Yeah, I completely expected that. I've been trying my hardest to get myself into a better mindset, but between the stress from work THEN having my hours cut in half out of nowhere at THE WORST possible time of the year, and all my minions trading off with their colds, my heads just been done in and I've been throwing my hands up.
Goals for next Weigh In:
Prepping my lunch the night before so I stop eating the food at work
Start drinking coffee again, because it did help with killing the snacking habit
Work out at least 3 times a week, seeing how I've got the time now after work..
Goal for November: Get back into the 160's!3 -

Goals or day: Did well during the day and tracked everything..even closed off my mfp day...and then I went out to pick up a few things and had a major craving for McDonald's. I ended up having a meal and a milkshake..oops.

Calories: Yes, under by a lot. Had to add in fake calories just to get the day to close off.

Goals or day: Spent all morning cleaning the kitchen, all the things I hate to do like the oven and pulling out the stove and fridge. Picked my son up early from daycare cause he wasn't feeling well and spent the rest of the day hanging out with him.0 -

@justkris_gettingfit Sorry to hear about your work, it is super crappy timing for sure. Also, hope your minions are feeling better. Mine is always bringing something home from daycare.
