Where are you located? Google meal delivery services in your area and see what pops up. I know people who have used Bite Meals. Factor 75 is keto based. Icon meals is all over Instagram. But you might have some local options that would be better in terms of shipping too.

I don't see how those tator tots are that much better than regular tots. Calorie wise the cauliflower ones are higher in calories. 10 regular tator tots are about 160 cals, 16 cals / tot. 6 of these cauliflower ones are 130, so about 22 per tot. I'd rather eat regular ones and have a side of cauliflower.

No, your friend is suggesting you eat breakfast... which if you want a shake for breakfast, there are many great brands out there that you can buy at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC that will be less expensive and same/better quality.

I have pretty bad acid reflux that I've let go untreated for a while now. I have to be pretty careful with some things. Foods I have found to be aggravating alcohol tomato based anything (ketchup included) spicy food (even Chipotle mild pico can cause a bad reaction) dairy whey protein hard boiled egg yolk over ripe…

without chips, I'd estimate 750-800. tortilla- 300 veggies - 80 beans- 100 cheese- 200 sour cream - 100 salsa- 5

Sometimes I'll buy one from my work if I'm really busy and no time to eat. I get a mix of fruit, veg, protein and fat, maybe some extra carbs if I need it. It's not a bad option if you'd rather drink a meal than eat one. Either way, they both have calories.

What are you current stats (height, weight and age)? How often do you exercise and what do you do? You might be better off recomping, depending on your stats.

I got an email from Lenny and Larry explaining that they cancelled it due to the email. But, they said to respond to the email with my Facebook email and they will fix it. Either they got a lot of complaints and are trying to quietly rectify what wasn't real all along, or they really did mess up with cancelling the order.…

Some more than others, depending on the origin and the blend. I learned to watch out Trader Joe's "everything but the bagel" seasoning. Adds up if you use a lot of it.

Looks pretty good. Usually when I eat at a place like that, I split the meal with either 1 or 2 people. You could get a platter or a basket and share it. Use a bread plate - fill half of it with meat, and divide the other half between two sides. Leave enough room so that it isn't over flowing and so that the different…

That's surprising, considering the ABV is low. I prefer IPAs over anything and I usually estimate about 200 - 250 for a craft brew. If it's a double IPA, then I'm probably not caring about calories at that point.

Mine list is pretty normal too. I think anyone who enjoys fine dining will eventually run across stuff like this. foie gras - delicious (thanks Michael Mina) caviar - salty, added a slight textural appeal most raw fish - so far, I've only disliked squid nigiri truffles - it's just an overpriced mushroom, tastes like one…

Personally, I like the whole egg. Having both macros in 1 also saves me the hassle of having to find a source of fat to eat too. And, it tastes good. Egg whites taste like nothing so they need some more attention to make them taste good.

Go heavy on the fats and protein. If you don't want to use fruit, get a flavored protein powder to help with the taste. 1 cup whole milk 1 cup of yogurt 1 scoop of protein powder 1 whole avocado 2 tbsp peanut butter

For anyone looking for Bang energy drinks. Vitamin Shoppe has a better selection than GNC. Also, many health clubs / gyms that have cafes sell Bang. If you're around a Lifetime, Xsport, LA Fitness or an Equinox, check their shops. In terms of flavors - Starfruit is one of my favorites. Champagne is really good too. And,…

I'll get snack type foods at Aldi but that's pretty much it. I used to buy fruit and veggies there but the quality wasn't very good. Because of this, I don't trust the raw meat. They have good pricing on frozen things like chicken nuggets, waffles and ice cream! They also have the lowest price for things like crackers,…

Personally, I'm a big meat eater. I'd either be bringing chicken or some hard boiled eggs to eat too. You can always make a big batch of something to use as a base, and then change it up with small additions. Nothing wrong with the chickpea mix and it sounds really good. To keep it interesting you could have easily prepped…

The good news is no one is making you stay there. You can quit at anytime. The other good news is there are tons of entry level positions available. I don't know what your credentials are, or what you are currently making, but you can easily find another position that is either A. similar to what you have now or B. entry…

I brush it off. If someone complains about how they just overate, I ask them if the food was good. If they complain about how they need to lose X lbs, I tell them it's a beautiful day for an outdoor activity.

I wouldn't bother bringing a bunch of stuff. You're more likely to snack out of boredom or convince yourself you need one if you have stuff with you. Every morning, bring an extra piece of fruit with you so you have something if you really need it. And then, if you're driving and know you won't be eating for a while and…

Eating 6 times a day would drive me nuts. I would break it down differently though. I'd want 2 bigger sized meals, 1 smaller meal, and then snacks. I'd probably do it like this 1 - 100 calories (protein shake) 2 - 200 calories (protein bar) 3- 100 calories (banana) 4- 400 calories (protein, starch and fat and vegetable) 5-…

I've just come to accept that I'm a napper and I like to nap and I will regularly take naps whenever I can. I usually get sleepy around 2 or 3 pm and if I'm not working, I will sleep. If you can, why not get the extra rest? If I am working, I will plan something to do around this time so I'm not sitting at my desk. I'll…

Depends on how much you ate. Was it from a restaurant?

Try Vitamin Shoppe. I find they have far more variety than GNC for a better price. I've been able to find all the Quest Bars, One Bars, L and L cookies, Fit Joy, Robert Irvine's and Buff Bake products there. And, they have a bunch of random stuff too. You can also find protein spreads, protein chips, protein Mac and…

A regular hotdog will do. Topped with mustard, onion, pickle, tomato and a pepper for flavor. If you can, bring in a baggie of baby carrots or chopped celery for some extra veggies.

Occasionally, I'll still drink a C4 or a SpeedStack. I like that it is highly concentrated so I don't have to drink a lot of liquid or deal with an upset stomach from too much coffee. I don't see other benefits besides a nice boost of energy though. You can buy single serves at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe and other supplement…

The extra activity is a nice bonus, but I wouldn't count it in your diary as "exercise." Instead, change your activity level to account for the extra work and continue eating well! You might see an increase in hunger for the first couple weeks so having a few extra calories to play with will help. It's also likely you'll…

So, per meal, you need 360 - 450 calories from fat. It's doable, but it'll require some planning. Sandwiches are going to be an easy way to go since you can load up with full-fat sauce, cheese and high fat meats. peanut butter and jelly salami, cheese and mayo sausage, cheese and alfredo hamburger, avocado and ranch bacon,…
