Yes, for me the Dressing on salads were the surprise. I love caesar salad but needed to be careful on how much dressing i put in it because that would defeat the purpose in having a salad at all.

Tea for weight loss... umm I don't think so. Hot teas help me consume water in a different way so maybe its helpful for you in a different sense. But for weight loss I agree with everybody on Calorie deficit will get you there.

I totally agree!!! I always have to say i am not on a diet I've just changed my eating habits. But if i want a slice of pizza or a slice of cake I'll have it if it fits in my calories!!!

I didn't get negative feed back when i was just starting to lose but I do agree that now that I am closer to my goal weight I keep getting the comments to stop losing weight. OMG!!! what you said has happen to me. I ate cause the food was good, i kept eating, and my stomach didn't feel full. It wasn't until I stop eating that I felt so full i seriously felt like i would blow up. I got so sick that night and the next day i couldn't even look at food. You would think I wouldn't let that happen…

I do agree on the comments. I do noticed how at first I kept getting positive comments like "wow, you are doing great" and my Goal Weight is at my higher BMI for normal category. I hear you!!! Me too! Always hated shopping for clothes but now I can now feel comfortable and know that something will fit. I guess the hard part was to mentally prepare myself of the size i actually was versus what I thought. Kept getting the bigger sizes for a while.

I had a 5K run two weeks ago and finally after so long ran each mile under 10 mins. My time was 28:56. Never, i mean never would i have thought that i would get that time. Started at 17 min a mile since I really never ran. Started working at it since 5 years ago.

I guess it does depend. I was still losing weight when I would not get enough sleep or with it. However, the difference shows up in the next day. I feel tire, more times hungry (probably the signals for being sleep deprived), or grouchy when i don't get enough sleep. If i add one or 2 hours of sleep to my routine I feel…

Totally agree. I keep thinking I am only going to workout 15min. You might think "why go change and do all that for 15 mins"? You will be surprise how many time i have convince myself that way and end up doing way more. Besides 15 mins of something is better then nothing. Plus it keeps you from not losing the routine.

I would drink hot teas. For some reason it helped when I was sipping it bit by bit. I usually want to eat (not because i was hungry) when i was watching TV or lazying around so a nice hot tea helped. But a tea that you really like. My favorites were limon & orange tea or just green tea.

To lose 3lbs and get to the Normal BMI Category. Then 9lbs to go for overall goal weight. Total weight loss would be 60lbs lost if I hit my overall GOAL weight!!!
