At the gym the other day, I finally did knee push ups. I wasn’t even able to do them in middle school for the fitness test. Also, in August I couldn’t do a body weight squat. Everything's the same! I double and triple checked. Plus, they didn't just increase my calories for today, they just switched it for every day. I can't decide whether to listen to them or just manually change it back.
