Thanks all I favorited that post and lorr I'm already close to that weight (goal was 10+ lbs in comparison) I physically can't get all the way to it cause I did put on some muscle since then before I started losing I just wanted to tone up pretty much. Thanks for all your inputs!

What olivegirl said is right. As long as you are in a calorie deficit and are getting a decent amount of protein you should still lose weight, stay full, and not lose muscle tone. The last medical page I was reading was like 1.6g of protein/kg of body weight to still be able to maintain muscle growth in a deficit.

What is the calorie goal they gave you on here. Normally for me to be ful throughout the day I can manage 15-1700 a day.
