I made it! I finished today with a 2 mile bike ride in freezing rain. I couldn't bring myself to do more outside, so I did a couple YouTube workouts also. February's plan: 300 miles of biking and walking

Yes. I planned to indulge without counting, thoroughly enjoyed my one plate with everything I wanted, and then I felt physically miserable later on. I would give it more time. Weight loss is never as linear as we all would like, and I don't think a pattern of two weeks when it sounds as though your activity pattern and water consumption have changed a bit is anything to worry about. A sudden drop is often smoothed out by smaller losses in subsequent days.
