That’s what I was confused about because many people said you can’t gain muscle on a caloric deficit, but I go over my protein like everyday and I just about hit my fats

I lift 5x a week and I focus on different muscle group each day and I do 20-30 mins of cardio and abs

No I do not but my diet is really basic I don’t eat outside of my meal plan I have and I always go over my protein intake cause that’s all I basically eat
