Im pretty basic with the eggs. Scrambled with a bit of parsley, poached or an omelette. In the weekend ive started frying some tomatoes on the side of my eggs in a small amount of olive oil.

My go to is generally a salad. Lettuce, spinach, carrot, cucumber, peppers, red onion. Then ill add a boiled egg or a small tin of tuna or some cooked chicken. I tend to go oatmeal or eggs for breakfast as these are foods that keep me going all day. Lunch is generally some form of meat/fish & salad or something egg based. This has been me the last few days. I went and got some diet coke and some 90calorie choc brownies to have on hand so although i want that treat its not sending my calories super high. I also eat a lot more. I find if i dont it gets to after dinner and im so starving im more likely to have a crazy binge on something.

marinated chicken with roast pumpkin, sweet potato, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and some spinach too. Its winter where i am and i was feeling like something hot and im starving hence all the food. Another hit last night was Tacos. Easy and the whole family eat them and fairly low on calories

I think it happens to everyone. The point is acknowledging it happened and be done with it. Dont beat yourself up. Today is a new day and start over. One set back wont stop your weight loss journey its just not letting your self do it again. Well for a while anyway :wink:

Yah so it's not just me. I have been going over my calories as well as the ones from excercise but choosing healthy opitons so don't feel too bad. Being a women huh

Ive been fairly similar when walking. It doesnt always hit straight away but coming that evening my feet & bum seem to hurt the most and im slow getting around. Bath or the worse days definitely helps me.

Twice so far. Once i knew i had a girls night out and would go over. I chose to have a few drinks and one dessert but i skipped all the other food they were eating. I am similar and it's not easily. Luckily we have been adapting to gluten free diets so never ate pasta etc anyway. We try to go to local markets if we can but most of the time I buy produce at the super market. I meal plan to the extreme. I check what meat I have and what is on special and plan for the week. Ive had a couple of spells of this. I found it was when i reduced my sugar/carbs by 90%. It went along with the nasty headaches too. But it did pass.

How much water do you drink? Perhaps you need to increase this. Ive completely changed my diet and although it hasnt been long the weight is not dropping off so now ill add in the walking.

I will snack on fruit or have a low cal snack just to tie me over until meal time if i need to. I dont snack at all after dinner unless its an apple.
