  • I did weight more than you but with eating at 1200cal and no exercise i lost 10kg in 3 months. If i wanted the odd treat id go for a walk that day and eat back the calories burned.

  • I also tried WW before committing to MFP. I just couldnt do WW at all. I am very similar to you. So far i have lost 10kg in 3 months so slow but steady.   • Yesterday i purchased a skirt 2 sizes smaller. Im sitting at 10kg lost and have been on a month plateau but that has sure given me a boost of confidence to keep going im getting there slowly.
  • Yes i am the same this month. This is my 4th month tracking using MFP. I have noticed twice i have a huge increase in hunger and really make some bad decisions. Where as the other 2 months i was over all normal. For me it tends to balance out because once my monthly arrives i have quite a drop in weight.

  • You look great and i definitely see a huge difference. I was the same with breastfeeding, i was all about the food. It always made me laugh when people said breast feeding helps you lose weight. Never the case for me.

  • Ive found it takes 2 weeks of no "sugar" foods for those cravings to disappear. Those 2 weeks weren't easy for me but once that passed i find an apple a day does help. By sugar foods i mean cookies, chocolate and sweet treats
  • Yes i do this but to make it easier on everyone i tend to make one meal 5 nights that we all eat. 2 nights i just feed the kids an easy unhealthy dinner (chicken nuggets & fries, mac cheese etc) and hubby and i will have a nicer meal just the two of us of something i know the kids wouldn't really eat.
