SW - 234.7 CW- 221.7 GW- 165 October Goal -213 3/10 - 221.1 10/10 - 220.2 17/10 - 218.2 24/10 - 217.5 Im always trucking along slowly. I have been overindulging on the weekends 31/10 - 215.6 Total loss was 6.1lbs so im really happy with that. Bring on next month :smiley:

Yes i have. I started on 8th Aug and so far ive lost 17lb/8kg. Just from eating alone. I would say 80% good 20% treats. Ive only this past week started trying to add in some time on the elliptical because i want to be losing more then i am.

You just need to find something that works for you. Some months i am crazy starving for any food. Other months its a sweet craving that gets me. If i go slightly over so be it. Ive found im better off to have those extra few snacks or bigger meals that ive needed because if i dont i will end up binging by night time.…

I would say its doable but hard. You would need to be 100% on track and focused the whole time. I started around the same weight and have lost 17lb in 3 months. I am tracking calories and i would say my eating is 80% good 20% treats. Not much exercise at all. If you were to exercise 4/5 times a week and low calories i dont…

I eat a fair bit of bread too but try to limit it to one meal a day and i tend to avoid pasta etc. My weight loss is slow and steady around 1.3lbs a week. When i cut the bread and carbs out i was losing 2lbs a week but to me that wasnt achievable long term.

I don't have this problem however I have heard what works well is just before you go to bed have a very small amount of chocolate. Either one of those mini bars or a small cube from a large bar. Im thinking 10grams roughly. Or even having a couple of lollies. Getting that sweet fix before falling asleep helps.
