I know in my town on the serviettes they have all the nutrition info. The low fat subs are chicken teriyaki and turkey on wheat bread only. Low fat sauce is only the sweet onion. Best bet is the salad. You can ask for as much veges as you want :wink:

They sound yum! I have been snacking on cruskits because i dont seem to get sick of them and they are low calories. A choc treat sounds divine though

Hey im also a kiwi. I want to lose a good 20kg if not 30kg but i would certainly be happy with 20kg to begin with. Like you i am not actively telling people i am losing weight and im not dieting as such just changing my whole outlook on food and counting calories. Feel free to add me if you want :)
