Hi, I had baby no8 12 months ago, I am now feeling like I'm ready to start working out heavy again, I've gained weight and tbh not made any real effort to lose it, now it's time to eat better and start lifting heavy stuff! X

this is super helpful, i too like bcaa water so i think thats what im going to do instead of a pre workout shake now.

childrens Nurse. i did love it but not anymore, *kitten* hours always hinder my weight loss as i end up eating sweets and cake on a night shift, so i just left to spend more time with my family and i hope to retrain in fitness and nutrition to prevent disease rather than treat it.
