You burn the contents not the cell. After that. I don't know what happens to the cell. If it's empty does the body realise it's no longer needed? Or do cells always get replaced after they die?

Nice work with exact 100g! I'm not so precise. But I've had The usual banana (remember that band?) 450g water melon Stir fry vegetable. Roasted mushrooms onions and capsicum 10 olives A few carrot sticks. A bit of veg in my omelette. Including very hot green chilli ':(

This is great! I love sauteed veg. Or slow roasted. Going to check the ingredients on that ice cream. I hope it's not a trick. Eg using corn fructose syrup or something. That's just sugar!

Exactly. Can't avoid natural sugars. But adding sugar out eating (processed) food with added sugar should be possible... Errm.. OMG avoiding added sugar is really difficult! Almost every loaf of bread has added sugar! Even the Chipotle Sauce I added to my tomato juice has added sugar! It's supposed to be a HOT sauce. WTF!

I have a pic of craving replacements somewhere. If I find it I'll post on my wall. The main one is dehydration causing hunger or cravings. Also cravings caused by incessant advertising and marketing creating psychological desires rather than physical hunger.

Hmmm. Does that mean I can blame my mum for over-feeding me when an infant? I don't think so. She says I was a big baby so perhaps we're talking genetics or what she was eating during gestation? She did over-feed, though, I reckon. And my appetite couldn't be sated (is that a word?).

A huge problem with fresh produce is stores only stocking perfectly shaped and coloured items . Anything that looks of isn't stocked so there's more waste and higher costs . The shape d isn't matter for 800g. Any places sell oddly shaped cheaper f&v ?

Another problem with sweet at night is it'll make it more difficult to sleep and then that's a vicious circle. Try Chamomile Herbal Tea. If made right it has some sweetness and is soothing for sleep.

Added sugar is bad and can be reduced. Natural sugar occurs in most edibles under the sun. I support the idea of no added sugar. I'm in for next 21 days on that. Tricky one for me coffee creamer - yep added sugar! Likewise the stick packs of ready mixed coffee 3 in 1. I had one today so I'll start the challenge... NOW! o:)
