  • Yo! Mine's 1 cup of oats, 2 scoops of AnimalWhey Red Velvet shaken up with 3 egg yolks in 200ml of water. Mix it up and microwave for 2-3 mins and there you go. Bfast that tastes like dessert.

  • Yo! You can still lose weight/fat without exercise, as long as ur in a caloric deficit. Exercise helps speed things up and probably help in the aesthetics department once u lose the fat.
  • Yo! I agree with what Scarlett_K says. The app is a "guide". As an approximation of your daily macro intake so one stays within the target calorie intake. Its almost impossible to track it to a tee. Some days you'll hit your target macros and some days u dont. Have fun!
