@sijomial thanks for that, by doing little activity how much/what amount roughly would you recommend I increase to and what sort of time frame or how quickly would you expect to see gains? (Fat/muscle) not just food weight

Don’t worry haha you’re not going mad yes it’s the same person! The reason I’m wanting to lose weight is because I’m not happy where I am and if I then want to go on to weight training (not soon) I’m thinking I may have a better base to build muscle from? @PAV8888 So would it be better to increase gradually or just go ahead and do it? Also as a matter of interest how would I work out what my daily calorie requirement is at the weight I am now? I’m just wondering as then I could figure out a gradual way to gain rather than doing it very quickly

Thanks for your reply, the reason for the activity is that it’s just a planned family holiday, normally I do 4 dance classes a week and walking but I’m not very active.
