Sure - 5' 7", 247, goal 170, 2 pounds per week, MFP 1250, other sites 1800 and up for bmr. Using sedentary on each site. Side note, I exercise 5-6 days per week for 1 hr which is logged into MFP separately. Usual addition for exercise is 400 and up. I do not eat these calories as I am usually around the 1300 mark for…
