Oh definitely! I was more commenting on the discussions of non-harmful sort. The ones that are a bit debatable in discussion and can yield helpful insight. I've seen the harmful ones and ones asking about miracles pills and definitely know what you're talking about.

Oh yes, definitely a thing for me. I noticed my cravings correlate with protein though. My cravings are usually for deli meats (I know, weird). Not the worst thing to crave.
