What kind of dogs do you have? I have an oversized Golden Retriever, 3 1/2 years old, 106 pounds, NOT overweight.

Just a little over a mile for the dog and me this morning; it started a much needed rain in the middle of it. Got about another .75 mile at lunch. I'm at about 10,000 steps just now, about 4 miles for me and my short stride. I have another 10,000 to do yet today.

Rick here. My weight went up slowly as I aged, as weight will do if you don't watch the sneaky b'tard. Hit 255 at one time, but was hovering at about 240, obese by any chart.
