    Always enjoyed this challenge. I keep it going because I believe it has made my core stronger and keeping it going keeps me going as well. We're had a really good month this month, hoping they all come back next month and bring friends! ;)

    March 22nd: 1 minute each for 8 different positions = 8 minutes
    March 23rd: 4x30seconds and 6x1minutes all in different positions = 8 minutes
    March 24th: 1 minute each for 10 different positions = 10 minutes
    March 25th: rest day
    March 26th: 2x2minutes and 6x1minute different positions = 10 minutes
    March 27th: 3x1minute each, 2x1.5 minute each, and 1x2 minutes = 8 minutes
    March 28th: 2x2 minutes each, 2x1.5 minutes each, 2x30 seconds each = 8 minutes

    Total: 52 minutes

    March 11: 1 min (1x20 sec interval; 2x15 sec intervals) I pushed for the extra 5 secs on the first interval. I have to be honest and admit that I had no idea planks were so hard! Thanks Alzzi76 for the support!
    **Just realized I forgot my 1x10 sec interval on March 11th.**
    March 12: 1 min 20 sec (2x10 sec intervals; 3x20 sec intervals) That extra 20 secs were killer, but I know I am going to have to pick it up in order to make my 30 mins for the month.
    March 13: 1 min 40 sec (4x10 sec intervals; 3x20 sec intervals) **7 mins total so far.
    March 14: 2 mins (6x20 sec intervals) **9 mins total.
    March 15: 2 mins (6x20 sec intervals) **11 mins total.
    March 16: 2 mins (6x20 sec intervals) **13 mins total.
    March 17: 2 mins (6x20 sec intervals) **15 mins total.
    March 18: NCAA tourney rest day...(Go Heels!)
    March 19: 1 min (3x20 sec intervals) **16 mins total.
    March 20: (No planks today. Day spent at hospital welcoming 1st grandchild. She is beautiful!!!)

    Three minutes to go for my 90 minute goal! My evening core workout is really starting to come together. I've been doing a light 5 minute warm up, then some glute, hamstring, and core exercises (partly assigned by the chiropractor to help with my knee and back, partly from Strong Curves), five minutes of planks, and five minutes of static stretching. Picking up a yoga mat so I can do this upstairs instead of in my basement gym has helped keep the excuses to a minimum. I'm actually quite proud of my little gym, but sometimes in the evening I need a little extra push.

I’m really tempted to do a quick one in the next couple of hours, so I’m posting this instead to remind myself to stick to my self-care decisions.

    Just made it by the skin of my teeth. Still moving forward with the advanced plan though, as I never made it past 3 minutes. Today I got to 3.5 minutes reasonably well, so I'm determined that in the next few weeks I can do a full 5 minute plank. I just was not consistent enough to make it this round
