3/31: 7 minutes 10 second burnout! 2 minutes each for straight and forearm planks, 0:40 straight arm left side, 1 minute straight arm right side, 1:30 straight arm reversed. I tried to add 0:30 forearm reversed to bring my monthly total to an even 100 minutes, but my arms noped out right quick. I’m really tempted to do a quick one in the next couple of hours, so I’m posting this instead to remind myself to stick to my self-care decisions.

March 22nd: 1 minute each for 8 different positions = 8 minutes
March 23rd: 4x30seconds and 6x1minutes all in different positions = 8 minutes
March 24th: 1 minute each for 10 different positions = 10 minutes
March 25th: rest day
March 26th: 2x2minutes and 6x1minute different positions = 10 minutes
March 27th: 3x1minute each, 2x1.5 minute each, and 1x2 minutes = 8 minutes
March 28th: 2x2 minutes each, 2x1.5 minutes each, 2x30 seconds each = 8 minutes
March 29th: rest day
March 30th: 3x1 minute each, 2x30 seconds each = 4 minutes
March 31st: 4x30seconds each, 2x1 minute each = 4 minutes

Just made it by the skin of my teeth. Still moving forward with the advanced plan though, as I never made it past 3 minutes. Today I got to 3.5 minutes reasonably well, so I'm determined that in the next few weeks I can do a full 5 minute plank. I just was not consistent enough to make it this round
