  • Never too late for lifestyle change. Start daily record of all you eat, with focus on whatever you are limiting, fat grams, carbs,or calories. I try to stay within 33 fat gms as determined by ht & wt Good luck, accept slow progress, but persist.
  • Hang in there, one day at a time. Keep daily tracking record, don't skip if back step happens. If I bite it, I write it. Try to stay within daily target. Good luck.
