Great start! You can do it! I started at approx 213 lbs in July and just hit 174 lbs. I also have type 2 Diabetes. It was hard at first to adjust my eating habits and portion control. I work 4 - midnight. I have breakfast at noon, lunch on my 6:30 pm break and dinner at 1am. Just bump into the food diary and scroll to "yesterday " to enter last meal and then complete diary. I also turned off all the meal "reminders " mfp generates as I eat so much later.

1st milestone hit (dropping below 200lbs) bought a couple new t shirts . Hitting 190 lbs I treated myself to a $15 iTunes gc and downloaded some new workout tunes for my ipod!
