Well on Wednesday I tried doing different variations of planks... made it 4 minutes lol Then I tried arm circles. Lasted maybe 1 minute 😆 this mama has some work to do haha. I did take a 15 minute walk on my lunch break though so that's something.

Yesterday was great as for movement and food choices but right before bed I felt snacky so I had a bowl of Cheerios… not the worst but not ideal. Monday - teal (cleaning), about 1.5 - 2 hours all throughout the day, and IL probably get another 10 minutes before bed because the kids' toys are alllll over again.

Sunday - does walking while vacuuming count? 😅 I fully intended on going for a walk but ended up spending the entire day cleaning, organizing, and decorating my house (finally). For Monday I'll try to get a walk in and there will be more cleaning. That never ends haha.

I've noticed that when I don't have coffee in the morning I tend to be hungrier and crave a lot more throughout the day.
