Thanks for those tips! My doc did laying down then standing, but not several in increments. I did hit the top/bottom dropping threshold you mention ... I'm going to try the tips you mentioned. Maybe not compression socks, but wiggling toes/feet for sure.

I have low pressure too, and it practically bottoms out when I stand. I get crazy light-headed if I'm squatting or something and stand up. I even fainted a couple times. My doc just said "Hmm. That's weird for your age. Eat more salt." Idk. It's been that way for years.

I remember it being really difficult to get from 145 to 130. I suddenly felt way more hungry and, like you said, the deficit became hard. Just to say, I think it's a good idea to be a little easier with your incremental goals at this point. You're kicking butt!

@azkunk When I do IF, I do an 18:6 window. I don't eat until dinner then have a nighttime snack/meal. I drink green tea in the morning instead of coffee, as I can't do black coffee.
