Hi I'm a vegan trying to loose weight, I've recently cut out all white carbs, refined sugars and oils. Having a lot of legumes, nuts, veg avocados olives etc and I've lost almost 3lbs in 10 days :)

I'm vegan, I try to stay away from refined sugar, only use coconut oil. I don't follow any specific plan though, just go with how my body is feeling.

I have it, finding it so hard to shift this weight I'm trying so hard. Taking 2000mg metformin a day, helped at first but doesn't any more. Feel free to chat :)
