Yeah it takes time to get the hang of it. I’ve been cutting corners by buying veggies already diced, meats already in small portions and frozen seafoods. I haven’t used LIIFT but I noticed on the T25 the calories I burn go up and down each day. I use the Fitbit so I’m thinking it goes off my heart rate and depending on which workout I’m doing for that day. Completely not sure though. Maybe someone else here has a better answer :) Great workout though!! 😊

i wish I had the laundry thing down :( I can clean the fridge, vacuum, sweep/mop in one day but leave the laundry for another day! It’s been 4 days now and our mountain of clean clothes is turning into Mount Everest! 😂

Thanks for sharing. Maybe this is why I’m not losing weight anymore.. I’m on a super low calorie diet between 1200-1500 a day. It’s so difficult to do. I started the T25 workouts this week to see a change. I also need a scale that shows my body fat. That’s the most important part. Again thanks for sharing and welcome!

It could be water weight. I track my weight everyday and sometimes I’ll go up 3 pounds in one day and back down the next. It’s super frustrating. Don’t give up! Start tracking again :)

How’s everyone doing so far? It’s Friday night, almost midnight. Any plans for the weekend that involve exercise activities? I love hiking but haven’t done one since I was 6 months pregnant. My baby is three months now. Maybe I’ll find a nice trail and walk it on Saturday! Have a great weekend!:)

Well today is Tuesday and I ate out again :( I feel really bad. I kept under my calorie goals though. Tomorrow I plan on eating really light to make up for the fried chicken sandwich I had for dinner. Bright side: I’m on day two of the T25 Alpha. I’m really sore and I get a great sweat out of it! Weekly check in: 10/07 163.0 10/14 160.2 10/21 159.2 Slowly but surely :) Maybe next week I can get 2 pounds down but that’s with REAL commitment lol. I ate out 3 times this week with friends. I’m still calorie counting and staying under but I’m sure pizza, pho and sushi aren’t helping.
