  • I'm a mix of working at home, and office with some long drives mixed in. I have two dogs though so I focus on walking them before and after work as well as Zumba twice a week. It's the snacking I struggle with so have some snack plans helps.
  • At the moment I am using MFP for tracking my calories and just using my Fitbit for my exercise and that seems to be working, I have both set up for being sedentary as I sit down all day at work but I do go too Zumba twice a week and I have two dogs too walk so fingers crossed I'm getting it right.
  • Slimming World meetings are ok if you need the accountability of someone weighing you and the stickers are always good :)
  • Sussex here just starting and getting used too the logging of food having previously lost some weight on slimming world looking forward the freedom of calorie counting
