  • It really is tough to balance both out. Where I never used to take breaks at work I now use them to do 15 minute walks to break up the day and get moving. I find working out as soon as I walk in the door at home before I can get comfortable is the best way to keep on top of it!
  • I have the exact same problem! I've asked him to chill on the junk or eat it when I'm not around and his answer is always "you're the one on a diet not me. If you can't have it doesn't mean I should stop" !!!
  • I never eat my calories back. If I have an intake of a specific amount, I keep to it. No matter how much I workout.
