I find it quite easy with foods. With all the Keto ready meals and snacks now, but every so often there is a plateau so have to change things up a bit

Hi All I had issues at time with Keto. I actually found the I was eating too much protein, which can slow the ketosis cycle (apparently) but there must be some truth to it because when a moderated it my weight came down more. It can be difficult to get it right all the time, adjustments are needed along the way

That's a great start. I didn't have a lot of success first time because I believed as long as it was low carb I could eat it, but the calories have to be controlled and protein intake should not be too excessive. I have a very long way to go

I tried Keto before and agree with the rules above. I have taken it very serious this time, weigh you food to get accurate readings, I also use Ketostix, to make sure my body stays in a ketogenic state. Long way to go but going in the right direction
