  • Understood I have been trying for a year to start eating "normally" instead of low carb as the side effects were too much for me but finding it difficult.
  • I eat fruit and veg quite a bit so I'm ok with that. Whole grains to be honest I only eat quinoa as whole grains.

  • Yes! Things like white bread, crisps , pasta. Pasta is the worst I'm starting to see salty snacks make me bloated like crisps - not that I eat them a lot but if I do I'm in agony. But I just feel I can't eat carbs without getting bloated

Because of my history of yo yo dieting and binge eating it's hard for me to lose weight as I can become super restrictive and end up cutting out food groups so it's been hard eating with all food groups.   • I had that! I lose weight from my shoulders arms and legs and THEN my belly so I always look bigger in that arebut eventually I even out. Belly is the last place to lose weight from.

  • Same doctor and it was a dial scale that showed I'm 80kg last week. However I weighed myself on the weekend and it's showing the same weight (82kg) for the last month.   • Calories you burn via exercise are exercise calories. So the weight training and cardio you do. They need to be added into the mix.
